Yes, as Hiraku-San pointed out...you are uploading what appear to be scans into the wallpaper gallery. Keep in mind you are also not allowed to submit wallpapers that you did not create yourself.

hey there buddy... just wanna tell ya that you choose the wrong submit button scans are under submit scan whill wallpaper is under submit wallpaper...
these are the scans on the wrong category:
north, south, east & west by mingcheongjasonskychan
north, south, east & west 2 by mingcheongjasonskychan
